The mixer in BiaB is separate from the tracks themselves.

RB has its own mixer that works a bit differently.

Transferring the tracks, it is a Good Thing that your BB mixer settings don't come along with those tracks for that could place RB in a bad situation, mixing-wise. Say that you had turned a track way down, but later on in BiaB you wanted to turn it up again. There would be less to work with and then there would be audio degradation. The inverse could be worse than that, say you had a track really loud in BiaB and then wanted to turn it down in RB. Well, if the track itself was printed loud, turning it down would only make a "blasty" sounding track less loud. That ain't a good thing either.

Notice tha any Audio tracks that you import from BiaB, the RB faders start out all in the same place. You must remix the song when it is in RB.

As for the sync problem in RB, that is very likely due to the MIDI output synth selection and the Latency setting there. Could just be that your RB is using the Microsoft Software Synthesizer and you have never gone into the Prefs and changed it to the "Use DXi" button and the VSC DXi synth that you are probably using in BiaB. And that can make for a completely different sound that has less fullness to it also.
