Yeah, Gimp does a lot for a freebie. Interface is kinda 'off' (not intuitive for me). Does some pretty unique things.

Photofiltre is a pretty small program that does quite a bit, just don't think it does the red-eye thing. I could be wrong. However; it is small, I don't *think* it even registers, runs and loads quickly, has basic editing tools in an intuitive interface (for me at least). I use it a lot when working on web stuff. Logos, resizing pics, cropping, stuff like that. (also free) For under 2MB it does a lot. Makes it worth having just because of the size and cost.
