Hi folks,
I see several threads on the mystery of Bank Select once you go exploring beyond General Midi in your setup. Here's my situation and I'm hoping for a clue.
Equipment:
BIAB 2010, latest build
Alesis QS6.1 synth
Win 7

The synth is not recognizing bank select. It's running in multi-timbral mode, ProgramSelect On.
According to the manual, CC0/BankSelect messages should work.

In BIAB I've used both a patch list for the QS6 and the manual + button for the Bank Select and Patch info. The synth will change the patch on the selected channel, but ignores the bank.

On the QS6 I can manually select a Bank/Patch for each channel using the synth's control buttons.

Ideas?
