I don't think BIAB should regenerate parts once we decide to Render, either.
Of course, using a hardware synth, I have to record the output as it plays back anyway, I usually just do that to the single Audio track in BB using ASIO drivers and a soundcard that allows for direct input monitoring routed to record input.
But it is very disconcerting to have everything the way you want it when using a DXi synth, only to realize that the RealTracks get regenerated when you go to make a wav file of the thing...
