Wow! That is an amazing interpretation and sounds huge
on the monitors. Like many others here we also like
Procol Harum and that makes this even more fascinating.

As always ... well composed, arranged and mixed!

David,

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment.
I am really glad you like this tune.
What a strange nightmare.
But when that kind of lyrics are completed, I definitely would like to collaborate with you.
I am always very encouraged by your kind words.

Best regards.

Mike,

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment.
I am really glad you like this arrangement.
Bach's composition was so perfect that I couldn't modify it at all.
But I would like to try some additional improvisation to it some day.
I am always very encouraged by your kind words.
Best regards.

Hi Shigeki,

Wonderful... just wonderful!

You just touched my heart with one of my favourite movies of all time (I like all of Tarkovsky's movies) and I also really like Stanisław Lem's books.
I would never had expected someone in this forum to refer to these masterpieces of art.. so happy that you know them!

Your music capture the feeling in Solaris perfectly... very well done!

Will,

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment.
I am really glad you like this arrangement.
"Solaris" is a movie that I also love. The theme song by Bach is also my favorite.
The movie "Solaris" was released in Japan in 1977, but due to the time when "Star Wars" was released and due to the difficulty of its content, the movie screening ended unsuccessfully.
After that, it became a hot topic among enthusiastic fans, and today DVD has been on sale.
I am always very encouraged by your kind words.

Best regards.

It really impressed me how you risked going from pure classic at the start into your own style, which absolutely without the transition becoming jarring or misplaced.

Essentially, it's like this is how the piece was written from the start.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!

Eddie,

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment.
I am really glad you like this arrangement.
I read somewhere that as soon as a new instrument was developed, Bach used it in his work.
If there were Hammond organ, electric bass and etc. in Bach's time, I think Bach must have used them.
I am always very encouraged by your kind words.

Best regards.

Hello Animarorecords,

It's rare to hear organs mixed with a set of guitars. It succeeded. The arrangement is well done.
