Line Level Audio signal is the same regardless of the type of jack on the soundcard.

If, for example, the TB card uses 1/4" Line Inputs, you can get two "barrel" adaptors at a store like Radio Shack and put them at the end of your RCA-to-RCA cable.

There are also other size adaptors and cables available, for example, if your Line Inputs on the soundcard are the 1/8" miniature stereo jack, a cable used to connect stereo tape deck or CD player, etc. to the soundcard can be used:
