When I merge one of my songs in RealBand, I am getting static on certain syllables, that I am guessing is the noise you get when something clips. None of this noise is evident when the song is played in RealBand.
Is there some way to drop the levels of all 13 tracks collectively to see if that fixes the issue?
I used the piano roll for volume changes this time and there are lots of changes which makes it impractical to try to change each track individually.
Thanks for your help. (I know this is in the wrong forum but few people look at the RealBand forum.)

Try lowering the level of each track by about 3dB each.
Don't worry about how loud it is or isn't, just get a good mixdown to stereo track first.
You can then open the resulting stereo track and try to push the amplitude of that, using the PGDynamics plugin or perhaps just the fader or a combination of both.

Thanks for your help Mac. I gained all 13 tracks down -3 but I am still hearing the fuzz. Should I have cut them even more?
I posted the song on the off-topics page. Maybe you can tell me if it is a different issue. It is most obvious during the pre-chorus where I switch to the muted guitar.

Please clarify Ricky - are you merging all thirteen tracks at the same time to a stereo file outside of RB, OR, as Mac suggested, are you mixing the 13 to a stereo pair first on the RB track sheet at a lower volume, THEN muting the 13 and merging the stereo mix pair at a safer compression/volume level.

Problem fixed. I put the PG Peak Limiter in the mixer output and all is better. Thanks everyone. I learned something new today. :-)
