OP RiverCityKen Enthusiast R Joined: May 2020 Posts: 43	I'm working on a 12-bar blues song, with many choruses. I'd like the first chorus or two to consist of (just) hand clapping on beats 2 and 4. (You can see what I want at Ray Brown's solo.) I have two questions: 1. In BB/Win 2020, is there a hand-clapping effect? 2. If I want to use a certain style for most of the song, e.g., _JSWINGP.STY, is there a way to suppress it for the first one or two choruses (and if so, how?)? Thank you very much! I downloaded your zipfile and extracted the two Choir Clap 2 and 4 .wav files and put them into the percussion loops directory, under loops, under RealTracks. I set both to Stretch/120/4, but when I select them as a LOOP in a song, I only get one clap per measure, at about 2-and-an-eighth beats into the measure. Can you tell what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

floyd jane Veteran Joined: Aug 2012 Posts: 12,922 Florida	Set the stretch to 90. That is an indication of what tempo the original file was recorded at - NOT what your current song tempo is. If you are using the 4beat file, then set the # of beats to 4. If you choose the 16beat file, set it to 16 (You will get a bit more variance if you use the 16 beats file). 150+ Songs produced using BIAB RealTracks And 50 more... and some more...
