Good rock, well paced. The voice in front is reminiscent of a live concert. Very different composition from changing which I also appreciated. Well done.

In my humble opinion, I would give a big thumbs up and a YEAH BUDDY!
Sounds like it was ripped right from one of the Traveling Wilbury's cassettes!
Great playing and just the right sound for the era. And in my view for all eras. Yeah, like Bawb said. Wilbury's was the first thing that came to mind. A really good mix of instruments, and I like the changes and the lyrics are really good, too. Well written, well sung, and well presented, Vic. Thanks for sharing it here.

is always a good thing!

PS I (Bud) also have old ears but my vocal fx (Nectar) can tame sibilance with a click.

I missed this comment 'til now.
I do have a de-esser but can never get it to work the way I want it to.
I prefer to do it manually by eq and vol automation. Not perfect and time consuming but at least I can see what's happening.
