Здравствуйте, Михаил. После останова воспроизведения и повторного пуска стала часто звучать какая-то посторонняя нота, видимо не сброшенная после останова. Помогает опция Сброс в меню Воспроизведение. Как включит эту опцию, чтобы она автоматически срабатывала при каждом пуске воспроизведения или останове? ВВ2020. Заранее благодарен.

Здравствуйте.
Попробуйте активировать опцию “Посылать дополнительную команду снятия нот” - “Посыл. дополн. снятие нот” (“Send Extra Note Offs”) диалога “Опции MIDI” (“MIDI Options"), открываемого кнопкой [Опции MIDI] ([MIDI Options]) диалога “Параметры” (“Preferences”) (который, в свою очередь, открывается пунктом меню “Опции” | “Параметры” (“Options” | “Preferences”), либо кнопкой [Парам.] ([Prefs]) главного экрана программы). В этом случае в дополнение к снятию нот, продолжающих звучать после щелчка мышью на кнопке [Ост.] ([Stop]), программа будет посылать команду на “глобальную очистку” всех нот.
Если это не поможет, проблема может быть связана не с Band-in-a-Box, а с чем-то другим. Попробуйте вспомнить, что предшествовало ее возникновению (обновление аппаратной части, программного обеспечения и др.).

Доброго дня, Михаил. Опцию, о которой Вы говорите, я активировал. Но не помогло. Временами появляется звучание какой-то залипшей ноты. Интересно, что эта нота звучит, даже если я мутирую все 8 треков! Помогает только - ВОСПРОИЗВЕДЕНИЕ-СБРОС. На некоторое время замолкает. Что делать, не знаю. Спасибо. С уважением Олег.

Здравствуйте, Олег.
Очень жаль, что не помогло. Попробуйте "поиграть" с другими настройками диалога “Опции MIDI” (“MIDI Options"), MIDI-синтезатора и Вашей звуковой карты. Если к Вашему компьютеру подключена MIDI-клавиатура, попробуйте отключить локальное управление в программе. Наконец, попробуйте воспользоваться командой восстановления заводских настроек.
Вы можете также написать в Службу технической поддержки (support@pgmusic.com), можно на русском языке, только подробно опишите им особенности Вашей системы (какая у Вас аудио-карта и т.д.).
