What Noel said is quite correct.

I think that the reason that you got your audio track in by accident is that if you name a .wav file with exactly the same name as the BIAB song file AND you keep it in the same folder then BIAB will automatically load it in to the BIAB audio track.

I think this is because if you record into the audio track directly inside BIAB the resultant WAV file gets named the same as the BIAB track.
