I routinely export BIAB MIDI files for use in Reaper
File > Save Special > Save Song as MIDI file > File on Disk, MIDI File Type 1
So many ways to add a midi track/file from BIAB to Reaper, so I tried your way and all looks good. But I have Build 813 installed. I suspect that could have something to do with the different results.
