There are two guitar tracks. On mine, at Bar 37, Guitar 1 is back to normal and Guitar 2 Mutes, and that appears to be the requirement based on the bar settings.
Do you have an Audio file sitting in the same folder as the SGU file that is playing along as well?

Re: "Do you have an Audio file sitting in the same folder as the SGU file that is playing along as well?" The Audio type file (.mp3, .wav etc) would most likely have the same name as the SGU file.
