I've just noticed that the Strings instrument is no longer playing in my projects. In the Mixer the word "Strings" in the Strings track is gray (instead of the usual yellow). The track is not muted.
My current project is using "C_EAGLES.STY Eagles Style", which again had functional strings yesterday, but today there just seems to be a gray place keeper for Strings in the Mixer.
I know the strings were there yesterday because when I exported the project to MIDI it included a strings track. Today, if I export the same project to MIDI there is no strings track.
I reinstalled the 818 update and did both a Slow and Fast Rebuild of styles, but no joy. Any suggestions?
