That would reqauire conversion of PCM Audio to MIDI data.

RealTracks that support notation charts, which is shown by the underline on the part if available, do have MIDI data for the note names and note ons exported with them, but the note velocities are all set to zero such that you won't hear them play as they are there only for the notation. You might be able to use some other program that can do batch velocity editing to make them heard, but don't count on them sounding very much like the RealTrack did, of course.
