I loaded Roland VSC 88 on two Vista Machines. One is a 64 bit. I get the same
error on both. Obvious that I'm doing something wrong. The error occurs at startup and it's
"Can Not load VSCSPI.DLL" . Any Ideas?

None of the Roland VSC's will run in 64 bit systems. That's precisely half the trouble right there.
The VSC88 is pretty close to being an antique now, and Vista may just hate it in general.

Hello Chetforce,
The VSC (stand-alone version) does not work on Vista. The VSC DXi version does work on Vista 32-bit, but not on Vista 64-bit. If you are using a VSC-DXi installer from an old CD, you would need to set it to WinXP compatibility mode to be able to install it (on Vista 32). To do this, right-click on it, select Properties, and click the Compatibility tab to change the settings there.
