I have BIAB 2021 but this method also works for unmuting all instruments over the last several versions.
At the Bottom of the BIAB Mixer is the Master Track. Clicking the Mute Button Mutes or Unmutes all tracks. The same result for the Master Freeze Button.
Other useful resets are:
On any track other than the Master Track, holding CTRL and mouse clicking on the track's volume button resets all tracks to 90.
On any track other than the Master Track, holding Shift and mouse clicking on the track's volume button resets all tracks to 127.
On any track other than the Master Track, holding Shift and mouse clicking on the track's Panning button resets all tracks to 0.
*** NOTE***
This only affects tracks where volume and panning have been moved from the default position. The user must select one of the tracks that have been moved for the action to work.
