Is there a setting to reset all instruments/tracks to play through a song?
I know I can do this manually by listening through the song then going into bar settings to unmute an instrument. I'm just wondering if there is a convenient option somewhere to just reset all instruments/tracks to play.

Not sure if this is the function you are looking for, but in Chord Settings (function <F5>) you can reset all bars in one operation:
