This morning BIAB is reporting trouble with a number of the drum styles
BIAB Windows 2021 v835
I haven't changed the configuration or installed anything since the XPro Style Pak 1 a month ago, mid June
I have restarted BIAB, [Rebuild] the list of RealDrums
If you have a suggestion to remedy this please reply. thanks RrR

The messages indicate the RealDrums are on drive letter "F", which is generally an external drive. When you open Windows File Explorer, is the RealDrums storage drive still labeled "F"? Sometime Windows will assign a different drive letter to an external drive. This happens most often when you plug the storage drive into a different USB port than you have used in the past. +++ HERE +++ is an article that describes 3 different ways to permantly assign a drive letter to a removable storage on a computer using Windows 10.

thank you the suggestion Jim, but that is not likely the problem.
Drive C: is an SSD and I didn't want to fill it with the RT & RD (Audiophile)
hence Drive F: and it is an internal 3.5 inch HD
also this trouble is just detected with some styles that I was trying today.

Hello Roy,
In your program, if you go to RealDrums | RealDrums Preferences, under the custom folder location, what does it say for "Custom Drums folder [instead of ...]"? If the checkbox for "use a custom folder location for RealDrums" is checked, what's the path that has been specified? Also, which package for 2021 are you utilizing? On the F drive, can you tell us what the exact path is for bb? As well as the Drums folder?

Hello Ember, thanks for the help. custom folder location for RealDrums" is "F:\bb_Real\Drums\" RealDrum Picker after Rebuild reports = 723 items the (What do I Have) reports = RealDrums sets in F:\bb_Real\Drums\ : You have all of the RealDrums. (unless we've made some new ones) This is BIAB Win Version2021(835) Audiophile install the program path is C:\bb\ To recreate this error I load Style _CREAM.STY. Cream Slow Folk Ballad, followed by Generate and Play the error reported is Cannot load drum style, because this folder does not exist: F:\bb_Real\Drums\Silence [2021.835.0, 2021-07-14 7:38:48 AM] I cannot see where Silence is referenced. Something that stands out to me is that it is in F:\bb_Real\Drums. Had you changed the names of your folders, or moved your folders around? Usually the folder path would be called F:\bb\Drums instead.

Hi thanks, I believe that I installed this in Jan 2021, I definitely made a choice to use C:\bb for the program and F:\bb_Real for the Real Tracks. I wanted to keep the 1.5 Tbyte off of Drive C:(the SSD). the name bb_Real was intentional as well to avoid confusion with the program folder. I am pretty sure that I have Not moved stuff around. It is a challenge to confirm when I installed Win 2021. Oh I have moved Songs around in another folder. This issue can be recreated with a new song. I have installed updates V814, v818, v822, v825, v829, v832 & v835 since January. Also purchased and installed xtra_styles_pak_11 & xpro_styles_pak_1 Most Styles have No problem. A few cough this error Cannot load drum style, because this folder does not exist: F:\bb_Real\Drums\Silence [2021.835.0, 2021-07-14 7:43:09 AM] What is a mystery to me is the Folder Silence. It is not listed on the Style in the Drum field and does not exist on drive F:\ Is there a configuration diagnostic that I could run against my systeM? Update I have installed Win 2021 v838 and I am unable to reproduce this error.
Let's mark this resolved. Yes, I have installed Win 2021 v838 and find that the behaviour still remains with this error message. Odd however, the first try yielded no message, in the next session it has returned on a repeatable basis. Make a new song, enter 16 chords, change the style to _Cream, F4 to generate and play the song. Cannot load drum style, because this folder does not exist: F:\bb_Real\Drums\Silence [2021.838.0, 2021-07-17 10:46:27 AM]
