Ok, if you go to the style picker, under "Styles w/real tracks" there are several latin jazz styles, they are of different tempos and the limitation with real tracks is their stretching capabilities, in other words if you go beyond or under their recommended tempo by more or less 15-20 BPM they start to distort. I couldn't be more helpful because I'm not familiar with that particular song from Paquito (which I own several CD's of). As far as how to play it on the guitar, no help there, I'm not a guitar player, although do no feel bad about it, the nuances of latin music or Afro-Cuban one is a different ball game on any instrument if you want to make it sound right, (many non latin musicians find that to be the case). In any case, start by looking in the style I mentioned before, maybe since you're familiar with the song you might be able to find one with the right "feel".
