Tony, since you do IT I assume the items below will have meaning to you.

I use http://web-sniffer.net/ to safely see the code of suspected sites.

This site uses graphics hosted by alot that have alt tags like 'McAffee secure' (I'm going to venture a guess that the graphic implies it is secured by Macaffee) and the link goes to a script on the hosting site.

Then I went to siteadvisor.com which is the McAfee badware site list.
McAffee says the site is OK ... until you read the comments by members at bottom of page (which I suggest you do)
There are many many posts of people complaining about malicious content. This is one reason I really don't trust McAffee for security.

It is at the very least spoofing graphics, redirecting users, and most likely infecting the user with the scripts used on the page and toolbar.

Looks like you'll be busy for a while.
