6. Microphone/Instrument Inputs (Mic/Inst) – These Neutrik hybrid connectors will each accept a low-impedance mic level signal on a standard three-pin balanced XLR or TRS plug, or a high-impedance instrument level signal on an unbalanced 1/4” TS plug.





Translation: The answer to your question is "yes".

If your mic's 1/4" plug is not a TRS type, but is unbalanced, with only two connections, it can also be used by plugging into the same center of the combo Neutrik jack and setting the front panel to "instrument" and then setting the level. That is because we can jack a low impedance signal into a high impedance input at these levels just fine. Can't do it the other way 'round, though, high imp mic into a low imp jack would load the signal down too much. Ohm's law.
