1) since the demos feature mp3 quality audio...how good are the actual wav files that are included w/ the program...???

They aren't mp3 format, they are .wma. Potato, pahtahto, they sound excellent, I have been using them for professional work since the onset and find no need for the "audiophile" version here at all. YMMV

2) are they 16 or 24-bit ?

16 bit, 44.1KHz sampling. Clean and adequate.

3) are they clean or noisy ? (meaning, how low is the noise floor; & is there ambient & gear/mechanical noise?)

They are excellently done studio recordings. Occasionally there have been a few cases of a background noise here and there and PGMusic has issued updates to fix those few problems as spotted.

4) are the end products (what biab writes as a file) masterable? i.e., can they undergo eq/fx/signal processing in a daw & be raised to industry standard levels without degrading. i.e.2, can you make a real record out of them?

Most assuredly. Do it all the time. However, I've found that the majority of RealTracks need very little "massaging" in the way of plugins, etc. except in the few cases of doing something out of the ordinary.
