I set BB to the MME drivers when using Drag 'n Drop.
You don't need the ASIO lack of latency in BB at that point in time and you can leave the ASIO assigned to the main DAW and keep working.
ASIO was originally designed to be a "one man dog" driver, that's one of the ways it won the latency game. There are now some programs that can share ASIO drivers, making it a real headscratcher at times, there is also the ASIO2 format, which, when available, can allow sharing. But right now with BB I think I'm better off just remembering to set BB's Audio driver settings to MME for Drag 'n Drop mode usage.
