The text file that shows your favorites is this one:
c:\bb\preferences\StyleFavorites.txt
After the new install, copy the old StyleFavorites.txt back to the above directory location and it should be back to normal
OR
you can print out the StyleFavorites.txt file before reinstalling and manually make anything in the old list your current favorites after the install.
Either way will work.
