Strange shipping stuff this year!
- Purchased on Dec. 2 around 3am.
- About 6 hours later I got an email saying the order had shipped.
- Tried several times clicking the link to track but it always said Fedex had not received the order.
- On Dec. 9 (a full week after ordering) I got another identical email saying the order had shipped.
- This time the tracking link works and says I'll get my order on Dec. 13
I guess I'll just wait and see!

Not sure why you wouldn't use cloning images instead of manually loading? (or are you already?)
I know cloning a hard drive with an OS and apps (about 45gig) takes (on my system) about 9 minutes. And these are USB 3 drives so transfer rates should be at the high end.

Mine arrived early this afternoon after this morning's shipping status reported it would be here on the 13th. Very cool...

I received an Order Conformation email on Dec 1st... as of today, I still have not received a Shipping Conformation email for my hard drive.
on the bright side, all my downloads & installations went smoothly, and so far I'm pretty happy with the upgrade...

Check your Spam email? Since the the hard drives do exist (I got mine yesterday, two days ahead of what the tracking said to expect) I assume the odd results some people are seeing this year are not due to PG Music, but to the shipping companies.

Check your Spam email? Since the the hard drives do exist (I got mine yesterday, two days ahead of what the tracking said to expect) I assume the odd results some people are seeing this year are not due to PG Music, but to the shipping companies. Thanks Matt... I couldn't find anything from PGM in my spam folder, but I did find a lot of awful emails from god knows who... Maybe it will eventually show up one day, if not, I'll call PGM...

I guess I'll just wait and see! There was an issue with the first run of tracking numbers we were provided, which has since been fixed. Not sure why you wouldn't use cloning images instead of manually loading? (or are you already?)

We are using cloning software. It just takes 4 hours to load all 1600gb of the Audiophile, which is about the same speed or just slightly faster than your 9 minutes for 45 gigs. Mine arrived early this afternoon after this morning's shipping status reported it would be here on the 13th. Very cool... Nice! Are you enjoying it so far? I guess I'll just wait and see! Well, it is late in the evening on Monday here in the US midwest but no sign of my shipment. Fedex still says "Monday, 12/13/2021 by end of day" but it also says "Delayed". Plus the last update had it on the west coast on December 10, 2021. Maybe I'm being punished for not saying enough nice things here in the forum?  But I have yet to complain about BIAB 2022 (except for mentioning that all tracks are not yet equal!)

Hello All,
I ordered mine on Thursday, Dec 2 (late at night) and it showed up as registered on Friday, Dec 3.
I received an email on Friday, Dec. 10 that the drive was on its way, with a tracking number, due to arrive in 2 days. It arrived today, Monday Dec 13 to San Diego about noon, shipped from Northern California:

I am grateful that it has arrived, but I will admit is is stressful every year installing the new audiophile version and finding all the old PAKs to see if they are missing.

I ordered my upgrade w/hard drive on Dec 1st It arrived on the 13th... My (tracking#) email was lost in another (Promotional) Folder... all is well now...

Mine was supposed to arrive 12/15 but it was here on 12/13. Note that I am not complaining

I guess I can try again, but via email...although last time I sent an email it sorta went unanswered. EDIT: just sent an email. Oh and I haven't received an invoice either for this order. Although I am not sure PG actually send them??
