You should receive a confirmation email from FastSpring a few minutes after completing your order. If you don't, please check your spam and trash folders. For Gmails, sometimes our email notifications also land in a "Promotions" folder.

If you still do not see your order confirmation, please contact us directly. We can update emails on the orders and re-send the notifications if needed.


thanks Chantelle - seems a case of me culpa...due to a stuff-up in the ordering process (at my end) the hard drive missed out on the second order placement. My mistake was assuming it was already included from the previously aborted order.

The good folks at PG now have it sorted as I have now properly ordered it smile
