It all works - love the sound. Gets my attention at the first drum beat. Nails the genre.

I especially liked the Gospel Background Vocals. smile

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Sounds great! You had me from the git-go!

Excellent guitar lead!

Two thumbs up

OK, a random thought;
Why does toilet paper need a commercial? Who's not buying it?

64 bit Win 10 Pro, the latest BiaB/RB, Roland Octa-Capture audio interface, a ton of software/hardware

Thanks David, I love Brent's Bari guitar sound...
I played my ol' DanElectro Baritone Guitar, tuned down to an open "C", (on top of Brent's Track) plugged into my '59 Tweed Vibrolux...

I was nervous queuing this one up for fear of what it might be, but I’m glad I did.

“Don’t come around here if you’ve lost your sense of taste“ is hilarious.

Never Fear what you don't hear... as for what you do hear, here, your nervousness might be well founded...
Ha, that was my favorite line too...

Love it! Great take on the scam-demic, plan-demic, bio-weapon, yep.... we've lost our collective minds.

On the song. Yep.... gritty rocker in the finest tradition of gritty rock. Well written and put together.

Glad I tuned in for this.

BTW: I don't cover my face, cough into my elbow, social distance, nor have I been jabbed...... rock on!

bloc-head,

Wow, that was awesome! Love the flow of this tune! You are creating some of the best stuff being posted here! Love the chord shift of the chorus....extremely effective! Super use of the background vox! Great solo choices and your lead vocal is perfect! You remind me of the late Ronnie Van Zant...you sound a lot like him , which really gives this tune a Skynyrd edge to it! Thanks, Torrey

Hey bloc-head...come on man write about something we've heard of...I get so sick of these obscure songs...what's this about? OK, you nailed it...this song should be a public service announcement...the CDC will be calling any day now...I see at least an after school special in your future...I love this!!

I didn't know Ronnie, but I did meet his little brother, Johnny, through a mutual friend & bandmate. My friend Robbie Gay was a founding member of "VanZant"... thanks for listening and commenting... You are a treasure here on this forum.

Good stuff. I liked every bit of it.

My wife asked if I had seen the dog bowl. I told her I didn't even know he could.
