When we open other windows, this MIXER is still out of control.
The correct function is to detach the window to the top. WINDOWS ON TOP Whether it is MIXER, STYLEPICKER, REALTRAKCS, FIND BEST RT, etc., they are all separated and topped. Does not affect operation.
In almost all audio software, this is a basic function.

I understand. That's because the StylePicker window is set to Show Modal. I'm not sure what impact there might be if it was presented as a Non-Nodal window. Only the programmers could advise.

Just the other day, Pipeline realized this idea. In other posts, there is a picture video.
I agree with Audiotrack, I don’t see the point. The mixer isn’t supposed to work while picking a Real Track. When you open a Picker you demo them in the window then chose the track and the window closes. That releases the mixer window because your back in the operation mode.
This is as designed functionality.

When you are in the Style Picker and you want to audition a style with your chords this would allow easy access to the mixer to easy solo/mute track and adjust levels, yes as you say other software allows this. It is the same deal now with the F8 Multiriff dialog.

I suggest that not only MIXER, but all windows can be separated and topped. Your creative idea will make BIAB more convenient and modern. Other music software can be separated and topped. Put each plate on a different monitor to work, it does not affect the writing chords, does not affect the selection of REALTRACKS, does not affect the MIXER
