What could be nice is if PG Music created a little utility SPECS.EXE that would yield a PDF file containing specs: Mac or Windows, version and build, location of program, location of RealTracks and RealDrums, and, if possible, what level BIAB (pro, Ultra, Audiophile etc).
How much easier it would be for you, and us users, to troubleshoot if we could just tell folks to run that SPECS.EXE and post the results. [And then make it easier for people to find the File Manager link].
If someone can't find their BB folder, getting them to run SPECS.exe might be too much to ask!! Just a joke. Windows has eased computer usage as much as it can I think. In the olden days you would have to know a lot of stuff to get things to work. Writing your own batch files etc. Of course the serious would build their own etc. Not much need for it anymore, although there are still opportunities for the non programmer to do some of that stuff.
My wife asked if I had seen the dog bowl. I told her I didn't even know he could.
