If you freeze all the tracks in a SGU file you can attach the SGU file to an email sent to support@pgmusic.com. Frozen tracks allow PG Music to recreate your song.

In the email describe what unwanted sounds you are hearing and where in the song file the unwanted sound is heard in each track. For example you may want to say something like piano track, RT 1904, bar 04, beat 03 has a background thump; guitar track, RT 1905, bar 12, beat 01 has background thump.

Many times PG Music will correct the problems and issue an updated file in a future update.
