It appears that minor chord riff patterns are playing over Maj7b5 chords. I've now tested this with the latest patch update for BIAB 2010, so it's something that will affect most users here unless you don't use this particular chord. it seems as if all the other Major chords are playing as they should.
Anyway thought i'd better let everyone here know about it. Try it for yourself on a single chord track and eventually you should see the problem.

Can you provide a bit more info for those of us looking to try this?
*Realtracks, MIDI tracks, or both?
*Particular STYLE when this happens?
*Particular RealTrack(s) if this involves them?
*Chord progression, at least, the chords on *either side* of the offending chord at the time.

I had a song with an 8 bar section of Cmaj7b5, Ebmaj7b5, F#maj7b5 ,and A maj7b5 ...(2 bars each). Initially it appeared to be ok then I noticed I was getting m3rds randomly turning up on each of the chords.
This applies only to Midi as far as i can tell and the styles I auditioned were McCoy3, PatM_Lat and WLZMODAL all of which have a fair number of m/m7 riff patterns. When I muted these the problem seemed to disappear.
I tried unchecking the riff patterns option in Miscellaneous settings in the style maker to see if it could force a fix by getting the offending voicings to transpose but only getting rid of the minor riff voicings altogether (by muting or setting each pattern individually to transpose) seemed to work.

Confirmed on the first try, I set up one bar each of your four given chords, repeated again to make an 8-bar "song, invoked the McCoy3 style at 100BPM, Keysig of C and right away I can see the piano keyboard playing those darn flatted thirds in there.
