I use BIAB to make lots of SGU files every day. When I save, I want to be able to automatically prefix the file name with the date. This can only be added by itself. I wonder if I can improve it by automatically adding the date first, and then I can follow it with my own file name.
STUDIO ONE has a date for each save. So the song is like a diary.
Speaking of diary, does BIAB have a diary function? For example, if I have some information to record for this song, there is a kind of notebook in SGU?

Try the Song Memo button.
You have to change Windows Explorer view to "Details" to see SGU file dates.

Very detailed instructions. For the first time, I knew there was a notebook here. Thank you!
You can do that with AutoHotkey. You can either use a shortcut key or a floating always on top GUI with a button that will save Biab SGU with the prefix date/time.

As for the first, assuming the date could be added to the song file, I suggest considering how you would want the resulting files to be located again. Do you really want the songs to be sorted by date, or would it be better to be sorted by name? I would recommend appending the date to the filename. That way, you locate the song, and choose among the sort results for the one dated as you want it (for example, to go to an earlier mix).

There are a number of application that allow the file-name format to be defined by codes, e.g., something like %D-%T giving a datestring-title filename. Allowing a pathname with path separators would be be nice.
Datestring may want formatting to a suitable standar, e.g., I use ISO, but others expect different.
