I just tested the creation of a pdf using the free primo.pdf program from the very latest version of band in a box and it works perfectly. So good makes you want to cry. I should try batch creating a fakebook this way, when I have time.

I saw the futball refs stop the game to retrieve a kitten that had somehow gotten onto the field of play.

Thank you very much for your advice to use PrimoPDF. It works well.
I had been using certain Japanese software to make PDF file, which points out that pgtext.ttf is protected and the software can not embed the font into the pdf file generated. PrimoPDF somehow make work around to embed the PGTEXT font into the PDF file.
Please check [File] -> [PROPERTY] -> [FONT TAG] in the Adobe READER to check the embedded font in your PDF document.

Another happy customer. Good news that.
Nothing like finding something like that, it works with all software that I can see.
Reminds me to try it in Open Office which was messing with my formatting when using the render to pdf function and stupid me never thought to try it with Open Office. Hmm.....
