The list of included items for update 299 includes this at the bottom:
# Added: c:\bb\BBMany.txt will allow multiple instances of BB to run.
That's mighty crypto, especially since no such file actually exists after installation of the update. Maybe it was intended to be a text file explaining this new feature.
Has anybody made head or tail of it?
