Hoping the community can answer this one. It seems like a minor thing of course, but just the kind of thing that gives me heartburn thinking the problem is on my end: The style is _Balsam.sty, and there is a song-based demo for the style in the folder RealTracks355 Demos. I can audition the loop by playing the demo song in the style picker, but when pressing ok to load the style the loop shows as N/A in the mixer, and I receive a yellow box message. Here's the relevant text from the log file:

Yes, I tried holding the shift key when loading the style, no joy. Rebuilt all the styles several times. No joy. Also returned to factory settings. No joy. Thus I'm inclined to take the message literally, meaning the wav file is not on my PC.

My questions: Did PGmusic really create this Balsam style with a loop that's only available in an add-on Loops Pak that I don't own? (I see Loop Pak 1 and 2 are available for $29)? And... are there other styles in my UltraPak license that are built using realtracks or loops or realdrums that aren't included in my license?
