I've noticed some missing RTs in the newer styles I've gotten with Ultrapak. I've written support but haven't gotten a reply. I wonder if anyone else sees this

It appears that most of these are soloists although missing a bass player in a combo is probably not a good thing. I find it curious that the style _crony is called 'Crony Bro Country Soloist' but the soloist is missing. Go figure.
To me these styles are incomplete.

As a suggestion, please run the download and install manager and download everything again.
In my case, all of the required RealTracks have been available, so you may just be missing because of a download issue or similar.
Did you already get the UltraPak as a disk drive, or initially through a download?

My purchase was as a download.
First, I re-downloaded and re-installed all of the RTs included with 2024. That didn't work.
Second, I re-downloaded and installed a full version (~159GB). That didn't work either. I completely deleted my 2022 version before doing a full install of 2024.
As an aside, I also have a bunch missing that are associated with Set #800. I think those are from additional purchases which I didn't make but are included ( or not) in styles that I have.
Using the Realtracks picker dialog only one shows up as N/A and that's 4679 Guitar, Electric, Soloist ModcountryTravellerJohnny sw16 075. If I do the 'Rebuild and Fix' button it tells me that there is nothing to do and that all of the realtracks are there. Clearly not. The four styles that I indicated in my first post are also missing RTs and do not play anything in those slots.
All very confusing for an old F*** like meself.

To me these styles are incomplete. I've just had a look and these RTs are found in the following sets. _excllnt 4692 Bass (in set 447) _crony 4680 Guitar (in set 445) _harris 4679 Guitar solo (in set 444) _beefy 4545 Guitar (in set 800) As you mentioned, set 800 most likely belongs to the 49Pak (I'm not sure, though). These sets are most likely grouped together as something like RT sets 444–448 and should be available for you to download in your PG Music account. Also, if you are noticing that the RTs are missing in Stylepicker, I suggest opening Realtrack Picker (the standalone one and not the one in Multipicker Library) and running the "Rebuild and Fix" button at the bottom of the window. As you mentioned, set 800 most likely belongs to the 49Pak (I'm not sure, though). That's right! 800 = 49-PAK RealTracks. You can see the listing for all of these on our Bonus PAKs page https://www.pgmusic.com/bbwin.bonuspaks_2024.htm#bonuspak-49pak

Those four styles have one RT assigned that is part of the Bonus PAK (set 800, if you are looking in the RT Picker). Perhaps they should only be included in the bonus PAK, however they are still perfectly fine styles - for example, for _harris, one out of the six tracks is a an electric guitar soloist (RT4679) from the bonus PAK - it's not required for the style. For _excllnt.sty however, you would want to substitute in a 3/4 bass track.
So in other words there is nothing wrong with your installation there, it is just those styles.

Well Andrew, I've no problem with the installation. That went well.
Even though the styles play well enough with missing tracks and I can probably substitute another I do find it very annoying that some styles may include tracks from a package that I have not purchased and error message pop up.
It's really annoying when a style called 'Crony Bro Country Soloist' has no soloist.
I'm working with tech support on this now so I'm optimistic for a solution.

It seems that I have the same problem with these missing RTs... (N/A at my end...), like, for ex. _CRONY guitat soloist.
I have now (re)downloaded/re-installed the RTS file 444/445 for a check and I still miss the corresponding RTs, which, of course should be available... (in that case to play the demo with the soloist...)
