If you like some variety and don't need any specific parts a lot of folks prefer BIAB. Each time you hit play the program will generate a slightly different arrangement.
With RB the song will remain more static.You can have more tracks also in RB. My friend plays jazz guitar and only needs Bass, Piano, & Drums. BIAB is ideal as he likes the nuances.
