Oh yeah.... I've known a few like that.... yeah, I mean what a good song. Nice clean mix and just sounds so good on my speakers here.

Ambitious writing, and it does come off - bravo. Very, very catchy hook ... nice And yes, been there, done that, too, lol. I'd be surprised if there's someone who hasn't. But your song is so well written, it brings (as it were) a kind of a fresh perspective on something that could be trite. Thanks to your writing and performance, it isn't. And that's a skill in itself. Well done

Strong lyrics about twists of hearts. Catchy pop melody, you certainly know how to write them. Those guitars sound powerful and fit with the message, but the synth bass feels bit out of the genre for my pop rock taste, maybe some distortion could help? Scratch vocals, well they sound very fine and polished to me and nice harmonies also.

Janne, good point about the synth bass, I thought the same thing at first. Frankly, I didn't hear the bass track in isolation until I tried it out without any guitars for the final verse. By then I felt committed to the RealStyle, and decided I'd just go with it. Now I think I like it. Huh. That sometimes happens. And THANKS for the nice comments on the melody and vocals. I feel like I know my way around a melody and a hook, but vocals are definitely my Kryptonite...Ha!

So...I'm guilty of more than a little U2 fatigue. Don't worry ... I'm guilty too. Twice  So it's easy to guess why I like your song. I think it would be more reminiscent of U2 with a bit more BPM, but that's probably not what you wanted. Enjoyed the listen, and I'm excited to see how the final product turns out.
