Yes, it would be nice to have the dashboard indicator indicate the Tempo change.
But the Change Tempo at Bar does indeed work.
Most noobs don't realize that, if you want to change the Tempo for only one Bar, or a small number of bars, such as in trying to invoke a ritardondo or accelerando - that you have to change the Tempo back to the original setting again in the first Bar after the last Tempo change.
But the only indicator we have at the Chord Grid page would be those little red outlines around the Bar Number at this time - and those outlines cover ANY of the possible Bar Changes, such that it is rather hard on the memory cells when you call up a project you put together months ago and can't remember exactly what changes at bar you made way back when.
I should really start taking advantage of the Memo as I go along...
