If the data is all MIDI, it can be. Just "save as MIDI". Obviously, your audio tracks won't be saved as MIDI. Be aware that once you do that, and load the MIDI back in, you'll lose the information about the tracks (such as any effects or identifying graphics, etc.) It will load just like any other MIDI file. I always save as .SEQ (as my master file) and then save as MIDI to create the MIDI file. If I need to work on the MIDI file some more, I just open the SEQ file and save back to both SEQ, then MIDI. I view save as MIDI the same as creating an WAV or MP3 file. I always keep the SEQ file, so that if I need to, I can easily go back to the original tracks.
