"Rendering" in the BiaB sense is old hat.
Just drag the track (or Combo for all the tracks) directly into your DAW.
Quick n' easy. No fuss no bother.
Greatest thing since sliced bagels.

So is my process old hat? Seriously, I'm asking, I'm just figuring this out as I go.

This is what I've been doing: Create backing tracks in BIAB. Render that to wav. Open that wav in audacity, record vocal tracks. Export each vocal track as a seperate wav. Import those, plus the original BIAB render into into Melodyne for pitch correction and harmonies, etc. Do final rough mix in Melodyne, adding reverb, panning etc.

So there is a lot of rendering in my process. Is there a better way to do this?

My next step is to try using RealBand... I guess this might be the best way for me to customize the BIAB midi tracks?... so I guess that will be my only "DAW" per se, but I don't need to drag and drop there, do I? Can't I just open BIAB files there?
Thanks for any advise, Bandmoose.
