As for Best Buy, I guess I'm just used to telling them no when they start with the upselling. Burning the disks was no big deal to me. I had already done it with the two systems from Newegg so I kind of expected it. I can see getting turned off by the attempt, but when they have the best price on something I want, I'll go thru it rather than spite them at my cost. They have handled returns and such fairly with me so I don't see it as a deal breaker.
If you want to see the opposite approach try going to ABC warehouse and look at something, then mention you want to run over to Best Buy and check there too; they'll start dropping prices and offering free accessories to keep you there. I've gotten a few great deals from them that way. (having been to BB first and knowing I was getting a deal already)

Like I said, I go into both places expecting them to do what they do.
