First search the web for a MIDI file of the song.
Open that in the BB MIDI SEQuencer. There you can mute certain parts if you like. You can also get the chords from the MIDI and use them on the BB chord grid and also invoke one of the BB styles. Mute the BB Bass accompaniment, leaving the MIDI file's bassline playing. You could also try your hand at adding some RealTracks as well.
