So I was messing about on my laptop and found a nice style I liked _TRACKS.STY Tracks 16ths-90 Train Soloist. I saved the BIAB project to my OneDrive but when I opened it on my PC the realtrack has been replaced with another. So I started to investigate. I have just installed a new SSD and installed Windows 11 on my PC so there shouldnt be any issues with this clean install.
I installed BIAB 2024 and using the Download Manager I downloaded and installed everything available to me. Except, Realtracks 401-405 does not show up as installed. So I go through the steps again...
Install - Rebuild (from the StylePicker (Fast))
I then run the Download Manager to check and it still shows as not installed. So I install the single .exe installation of Realtracks 401-405 on it own manually and it installs without issue. It finishes but after rebuilding the StylePicker the Download Manager always shows it as downloaded but not installed. I've redownloaded and I have this file on my hard drive as an exe file but nothing it working.
I have the latest updates of BIAB also.
After a full and FULL rebuild of styles the results on both devices are PC = total styles 6110 Laptop total styles 9767
What version of the Install Manager are you running? The latest is version 1.092. I'm not sure if this might resolve problems found with earlier versions, but It's worthwhile to have the latest available version installed.

Ive just downloaded the new version 1.0.92 and installed and rebuilt the styles database but this track is still missing _TRACKS.STY Tracks 16th-90 Train Soloist.
After you press the Install button on the Install Manager, does its state stay they same (it still shows the text: "Install")?

What happens if you open the C:\BBDownloads\2024\ folder and navigate to the file 'realtracks401-405.exe' and launch it from there? (Presumably that file is available?)
After that, restart BIAB and do the Style Rebuild etc.

He's not using the normal Install Manager, but the legacy Download Manager program, and this appears to just be a quirk with that program. So, RT401-405 is in fact installed.
_TRACKS.STY is unrelated to RT401-405. To install this style, run the installer file "additional_content_*.exe"
I'm not sure if there is anything else missing but what I did was to copy the Styles folder onto a USB and transfer them to the Styles folder on my PC and I now have the track I wanted all along. I have no idea why this problem occurred?
Realtracks 401-405 was in C:\BBDownloads\2024\ folder but not showing up in the built in install manager or the realtracks that I suppose was in that Realtrack exe? The new download manager by the way is very different and stand alone by the look of it.

The old download manager does not seem to support some of the newer file types, so we recommend only using the new download manager. If you only run the old install manager, you'll be missing:
A number of styles, RealTracks, RealDrums, Loops, and/or MIDI SuperTracks from the "Additional Content 2024" file
Playable RealTracks Set 1, 2, 3
Hi-Q Instruments for Sforzando
2024 Bonus 0-PAK
MIDI SuperTracks sets 1-39
Artist Performance sets 1-10
RealDrums Stems
Most of the Style Demos Audio
Loops-with-Style PAK 1-2
Any Xtra and XPro Styles PAKs
I would recommend installing all of those files with the new download manager, to make sure you're not missing content. Honestly I would recommend deleting the BB folder and starting from scratch using the new download manager, however that may be impractical. Also, we do not recommend simply copying part or all of the BB folder from one computer to another, as that does not copy everything related to BIAB.
