Recently installed update to PT 2025. Previously if I dragged an MP3 into an audio track PT would convert it and load the audio. Now when I drag an MP3 into a track I get an error message: Driver cannot do the requested conversion.
Windows 11 32 gig ram i5 AMD ryzen 5

What is the selected Driver?
Options - Prefs - Audio - Drivers button.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

pan... too little info given. read these tips re solving problems and posting pics of ones settings. https://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=795663#Post795663 post back pics of the following... ..windows audio settings. ..ptw settings for drivers and.. ..your sound interface settings. we dont even know what your sound interface is or if youve had a windows update. om
