Hi Jakob,
My former PC had Vista Home Premium 32 bit and ran BiaB and VSC without any problems, but you probably have to run the setup.exe for VSC as an administrator and probably also run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP. In case you don't know how to do this : Right-click the setup.exe and choose properties, select the Compatibility view and choose the compatibility mode. Then click Ok and right click it again and select Run As Administrator.
