I noticed that today that is was member Furry's (Graham Wilson) birthday. He was always an enthusiastic poster but hasn't been online since 2024, and I found these two notes on his channel on YouTube from 3 months ago: "Very sad to learn that you're no longer with us Graham - we were in almost daily contact for many years, mostly about our shared music interests. Thank you for all the laughs and what you taught me about Scottish music - RIP my great pal, Carl" "It was sad news to hear of your passing Graham, we spoke almost daily for the past few years, chatted about so much random nonsense but always having a laugh, I knew if my Facebook alert blipped, it was more than likely an amusing image or story from you, a picture of a loaf of bread, something made in the electric pressure cooker or a general moan that YT has rendered another video out of sync. Sleep well Graham, it was an honour and privilege to know you, thanks for all the laughs and music - Kev"

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
