Late to the party; my excuse is that I thought I commented on this a while back and am finally getting around to actually doing.
Excellent write (as usual) and arrangement (as usual).
Actually, a better write than usual, and a song that sticks in my ear. As floyd jane says, sort of "Gentle on My Mind", but with a darker undertone.
