OP George Nelson Expert Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 1,203 Scotland	I have a problem with the lead sheet. 1. open midi file 2. check which track has main instrument 3. select track 4. open lead sheet window by going to "window - new - lead sheet window" 5. amend "using - opt" to show track with vocal or song - also to show highlighted notes 6. play midi - watching notes Problem comes almost at end of midi file when the highlighted notes stop showing then resume at bar before end. Can anyone replecate or is it me? Windows 11 64 bit, Biab 2026 (1237), Realband 2026 (10) i7 Desktop Computer 16Gb Memory

justanoldmuso Veteran J Joined: Jan 2020 Posts: 3,647	best idea is to post the midi file somewhere so people can test. be aware if you got this midi from a third party sometimes there are embedded commands you have to analyse in the event editor and deal with. other than that i cant help further as im not a notation/lead sheet pro. my big weakness. anyhoo post the midi somewhere so it can be tested out...hopefully other users can jump in. om my songs....mixed for good earbuds...(fyi..my vocs on all songs..) https://soundcloud.com/alfsongs (90 songs created useing bb/rb) (lots of tips of mine in pg tips forum.)

I wonder if it has to do with note overlaps. Like the previous notes weren't released before the new one triggered .. I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome Make your sound your own!

Not extensive testing. Here's an MGU file that does this. Bar 63 highlights red, then bar 64 (3rd last) plays but with no highlights.
